The Xerox Center stands 15 stories high in the heart of the Orange County Business District in Santa Ana, Calif., providing beautiful views of the city, local mountain ranges and Catalina Island. Located at the intersection of the 5 and the 55 Freeways, Xerox Center is in close proximity to the John Wayne Airport and several hotels which cater to the business traveler.
The award-winning development includes exhibits of rotating art every quarter by the local Bowers Museum, a courtyard café, dry cleaners and salon; representing the extra amenities that have become a hallmark of Birtcher projects.
