United Bank Tower at Palmer Center is a 16-story high-rise office tower in downtown Colorado Springs, Colo. Birtcher Development & Investments acquired the land in 1987 and broke ground that same year. Construction was completed in 1988.
Within the United Bank Tower at Palmer Center, businesses such as Roberts & Owens, Holmes and United Bank of Colorado occupy this architectural marvel. Tenants present and past who have called the United Bank Tower home are commonly acknowledged nationwide.
Currently the tallest building in Colorado Springs, the project features a renovated common area connecting the Antlers Hotel and Holly Sugar Tower.
