Palm Terrace at Pacific Commerce Centre is a three-building, 156,000-square-foot office development in Lake Forest, Calif. Birtcher Development & Investments acquired the land in 1999 and broke ground later that same year. Construction was completed in 2000.
The center, located at the intersection of Bake Parkway and Commerce Center Drive, is home to Symbol Technologies, Option One Mortgage Corp., H&R Block®, Trend Micro™, SPARTA, Inc. and the corporate headquarters for Del Taco, Inc.
The project’s architecture, designed by Howard Thompson, set the standard for the area and features a grove of citrus trees and an outdoor employee lounge as some of its amenities.
