Orange County Business Center is a seven-building, 386,300-square-foot office, research and development concrete tilt-up property situated on 20 acres in Santa Ana, Calif. This project was one of the first business campuses in Orange County to incorporate the unique amenities of an on-site day care center, sand volleyball court, gazebo, central recreational park and a network satellite dish in all of the buildings.
Tenants include Orange County Employees Credit Union and the California Avocado Growers Association. Birtcher Development & Investments acquired the land in 1986 and broke ground that same year. Construction was completed in 1994.
