Lakeshore Towers is a well known mid-rise office complex in the Irvine, Calif. business district, located near the intersection of Von Karman Avenue and the 405 Freeway. Standing 18 floors high and totaling 486,000 square feet, this Birtcher Development & Investments project is a prominent part of the Irvine skyline. Construction on Lakeshore Towers was completed in 1991 and includes sand volleyball courts, bocci ball courts, a one acre lake, 90,000 sf state of the art health club, fountains, 40 million year old fossil wall in the lobby and an eight-level parking garage.
Major tenants now include Edison International, 24 Hour Fitness, Ernst & Young and City National Bank.
