Briargate Research Center is a two-story office development within the Briargate Office Park. This multi-tenant research and development center is located in Colorado Springs, Colo.
Birtcher Development & Investments acquired the land in 1988 and broke ground that same year. Construction was completed in 1989.
These 103,689-square-foot properties feature a covered tropical courtyard and were the starting point for the first phase of the 400-acre Briargate Business Campus.
