The Laguna Niguel Design Center has been the premier destination for Southern California interior design professionals since construction was completed in 1986. Located at the intersection of Aliso Creek Road and Alicia Parkway in Laguna Niguel, Calif., the 220,000-square-foot center is home to 80 tenants, providing one-of-a-kind high-end showrooms of wholesale-to-trade only residential furnishings.
Visitors to the Center can enjoy the beautiful garden setting and café. The Laguna Niguel Design Center is one of several specialty wholesale home furnishings centers that Birtcher has helped to fund and develop. Others include the wholesale Phoenix Design Center and the retail South Coast Home Furnishings Center.
