Birtcher Development & Investments, in an exclusive joint venture partnership with the Lunsford Group, formed a new entity, Birtcher::Lunsford, LLC, to oversee this leading master- planned business park.
Morrison Ranch Business Park will be one of the largest master-planned business complexes in the Gilbert area. This project is being developed with leading edge design innovations incorporated into industrial, distribution, office, R&D, flex, retail and hospitality properties. The development is estimated to be valued at $2 billion once completed.
