Hardie Irrigation is a 50,000-square-foot industrial building situated on 2.9 acres and is located within the Birtcher Center, Laguna Niguel development in Laguna Niguel, Calif. This build-to-suit was part of America’s first solar assisted business park and featured both active and passive solar designs.
Birtcher Development & Investments acquired the property in 1976 and broke ground in 1978. Construction was completed in 1979.
