Campbell currently provides consulting services including accounting and finance, investor relations, business plan reviews and preparation, budgeting and forecasting and entrepreneurial coaching to a diversity of clients. She has a notable background in management, operations, finance, information technology and human resources and frequently assumes interim management and finance positions in startup and operating companies.
Danna Campbell was previously an Associate with Resources Global Professionals, a publicly traded Company in Costa Mesa, that provides seasoned, high-quality finance and accounting professionals to both Fortune 1000 and middle-market companies on a project basis. In her five years with Resources, she worked with clients providing support for compliance with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act, back-filling Controller and CFO Positions, Mergers and Acquisitions and other projects.
Campbell spent 15 years with Mark IV Capital, Inc., in Newport Beach as the Vice President Finance, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Administrative Officer. She assumed day to day operational responsibilities for overseeing all aspects of business ventures, which included theme parks, commercial, industrial and residential properties, a world class golf resort and equity investments. In her position at Mark IV Capital, Campbell was responsible for accounting and finance, contract negotiations, banking relationships and human resources.
Campbell is a CPA and spent five years with KPMG Peat Marwick LLC in Los Angeles. She holds a BS degree in Business Administration from Cal State Los Angeles where she was awarded membership in the National Honor Society of Phi Kappa Phi.
Campbell is a member of the American Society of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. She is on the Accounting Advisory Board of Cal State Los Angeles and sits on the Orange County Property Tax Assessment Appeals Board.
