Alan Tuntland serves as managing partner of Terra Development Services for Birtcher, applying his 30 years of construction experience to each project.
Alan holds a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering from Arizona State University and a Master of Business Administration from Chapman University. Alan is also a current member of the Southern California chapter of NAIOP and holds two California general contractor licenses. |
